    Originating as Norfolk Trading in Norwich, our journey began with a deep connection to Emu Oil's origins, fostered by our founding director who spent many years in Australia and had direct family links to Emu Oil processors there.

    In 2009, we embraced a new chapter as Emu Sales Limited, inheriting the legacy of Norfolk Trading and infusing it with our renewed commitment to quality and service.

How do I place an order?

Orders placed on weekdays are processed the same day with an option for 24h Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, ensuring quick arrival within 1 to 5 days.

Returns and Cancellations

Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or if it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days (90 days for international orders) to arrange an exchange or refund.

Returning Your Parcel
Please pack the item carefully in its original box for the return. Damage caused by insufficient packaging may affect your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products
For items damaged due to our fault, we provide free return postage. Once we receive and inspect the item, we can either replace it or refund the cost of the product and the original postage.
